everything's workinnnn

All I've had is 3 crackers, a bite of cheese, and a bite of key lime pie. Because I deserved it. And I know I'm not going anywhere away from 145 so I'm just focusing on maintaining right now.

Party later. Don't wana go. Stupid bitch. Screw my life. But.. I get to leave early :) yayyyyyyyyy!

ps. hiding and throwing away food is keeping my mom off my ass, but her and her boyfriend are lost as to why I'm working out so much. Excuse: "haven't been to the barn as much so I need to do something to keep my legs alive" - perfect :)

I'm really making this work. As soon as my period decides to go away, back to losing. Right now, 145 and I'm okay with that.

OH, yeah I took that 3(or more) mile walk this morning. Felt goooooooood. like 700 calories right there! hell yeah.

    and great job with hiding food and stuff its hard sometimes but once you get the hang of it it becomes a habit :)

    girl i can -run- three miles and only burn like 250-300 calories. and when i walk three miles, in 45 minutes, i burned like 275 MAX. so just to give you a more accurate idea :)

    but good job on exercise and keeping food out of play. :)
