So today I'm forced to go to a bitch's sweet 16. My bitch-friend. My mom won't let me not go... Anyways, there's going to be great foooood and all that nonsense.. But it's also a pool party so I plan on staying there most of the time. Great way to work out too, btw :) . Before I go I AM going to walk the 3(or more) mile stretch around the area my house is.. Run/walk. If my tendonitous isn't killing me after so much standing last night.
I been throwin' away food and feedin it to the dogs and our weird cat who eats everything (lol) to make it look like I'm eating alot. My mom is less concerned but I think she's dying to see me eat :( damnit. So at the party I might have to take laxatives orr.. throw away some food! Aint bought with my mama's money so I feel less bad :) So I'm sticking to my 'no food' policy and I'll tough this baby out! TIPS ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL THOUGH!
I feel the strength today. No even gonna bother to weigh myself though.

ah thanks for the look out. but i already have stomach problems. everything is already messed up lol but not from food stuff. just in general. i don't mind gettin a lazy colon. and i know that my body could end up depending on them but.. oh well. ..(i shrug my shoulders at everything) and thanks for beleiving in me. pretty sure i can do it. :)
