So all I've had today is 3 crackers. My mom nagged me about dinner so I took it upstairs when she wasn't looksing and I flushed it down the toilet. I had to make food disappear... And I took a bunch of snacks to my room to fool her boyfriend. No questions asked. Sweet. Probably working out tomorrow. Walking or something.. :)

No food tomorrow. Or no more than 100 calories. This whole sleeping thing helps avoid food.
You rock, girl. I always feel so bad wasting food (that's just how I was raised) but im learning to throw it away if I'm full and learning to control what I take! :)
