activity: ran 2 miles. (took a few walking breaks)
food: no more than 60cal.

um, later i might do some crunches? if i'm not 142 tomorrow, i'm going to cryyyyyyy. i weighed myself today, 143 on the dot.

after my run today, i took a nap and when i woke up, my whole body hurt. and y'know the dizziness you get when you're really hungry? well i had that times like 9876546789! then i drank some water, i was a little better. i think the 4 cups of coffee i had this morning drained me completely.

anyway, i was gona try to fast.. but.. idk. it's not that i was weak.. i think i'm going to the barn tomorrow so i need some sort of something in me even if it's all gona be gone by morning?.. lol.

OH i think i'm going to advanced horse camp next week. might not be bloggin' much. past tomorrow. i'm gona HARDCORE fast after tomorrow for sure. i'll do my best for tomorrow but for sure starting monday.
