so i'm 137.8 .. better than nothing. considering i ate at lunch. like 5 chips and 2 peanut butter crackers. i was weak. but still. 137.8
i may or may not be forced into food tonight. depends when my mom gets home. and i have to clean but i'm lazy as mess. i get to run the mile in gym tomorrow :D and it's graded so if i do like around 8 minutes it an A. i'm gona sprint like the first lap, walk a little and jog the second lap, jog the third lap and try to sprint the 4th lap. i'm surprised cuz i could actually do this but i'm honestly really out of shape lol and smoking surely doesn't help. but that's okay. i want a good grade and i want to lose weight
speaking of losing.. i may need to stop for a while. i have a physical soon sorta.. and they're gona weigh me. everyone (being my mom and doctors) are gona wana send me away if i go back and i lost 10 lbs out of thin air. i just need to be careful :/ ugh. i wana be skinny though!
oh i think i'm getting sick. i guess i could use that as my excuse for not eating and losing weight. i'm only 5lbs lighter since i went last week. and i "eat salad at lunch" or so i fooled my mom into beleiving.. maybe i'm safe. i'll just take it slow. i might eat tomorrow.
oh this weekend, i might go through a binge phase. i'm goin' to my bitch-friend's house and her food always taunts me. idk why..

Take your weight loss slowly until after the physical and then you can go back to doing it your own way. You're doing fantastic, sweetheart!
